The Internet and the World

This is the start of a new semester, and I hope that you take advantage of the opportunity available to you to literally join the world. Communication can take many forms -- this blog site is one -- but sometimes pictures can say much more than words. This series of tsumani pictures shows a view of a disaster thousands of miles away, yet it communicates to us the power of nature.

This is an optional exercise, but I would like you to view the site. If you feel you'd like to try to add to this blogsite, post a comment. It's not graded, so you don't HAVE to do it (did I read your mind?), but you might as well jump in and tackle the course!
