Web 2.0

As the web becomes more a part of everyday life, a new concept, Web 2.0, has become a common buzzword. In your post, define Web 2.0, include a relevant URL, and remember to check the course syllabus for the topic you should include in your own blog. Then read other student blogs, and possibly comment on them.

Blog on (and on, and on)!

In my understanding, Web 2.0 describes the new era of the internet. The internet has upgraded and is continuing to grow with each and every moment. In this certain article it compares Web 1.0 as Netscape and Web 2.0 as Google.

Web 2.0 is the next generation of social networking. The web is already good as it is but there is always room for improvement. Thats where Web 2.0 comes in to play.

Web 2.0 is an ongoing transition of the World Wide Web from a collection of websites. From my understanding its just an all around improved version of the web.

Web 2.0 is big change in the way we socialize on the internet, but I do not believe that it constitutes a large internet revolution. The name "Web 2.0" is also used to freely by web sites to advertise themselves.

It is just something new that eventually will be replaced with something newer another day. So what is the big deal and if there are bugs so what they will be fixed ... no one will ever be satisfied with anything or everything ... there are people who are out there that are only happy when unhappy.
